Laura Boley

Laura Boley is a restaurant manager, event planner, and accomplished jewelry maker who hikes, bikes leisurely, and reads to relax. Armed with an education in Marketing and a professional base as a restaurateur, she possesses the ability to quickly foster positive communication. She embraces new situations and smoothly deals with change.
Laura was thrilled when her close friends Andrea M. Fretwell and Janessa Philemon-Kerp asked to join them in Co-directing Modified Style Portland. With her appreciation for jewelry, fashion and most things “girly” she excitedly hopes to continue utilizing her skill set toward raising funds for several local non profit organizations.

Portland Founder
Janessa Philemon-Kerp

Janessa is a native Oregonian who loves to travel though her heart always kindly leads her back to Portland. She has a wonderful day job and keeps busy outside work with blogging, reading, drinking champagne cocktails, bike-riding, living la vida vegan , and taking photos. Her background is in writing, management and event planning. She's a firm believer in making the world a better place and strives to do that every day.
Modified Style Portland has been really fun way to try to make the world a better place -- it's a fabulous fundraiser that really epitomizes what Portland's about: sustainability, creativity and awareness. While not a designer herself, she loves to see what everyone comes up with and is constantly in awe of the sheer amount of talent in every person who is involved.
You can find out more about Janessa's other adventures on her blog!
